NOTE: There is currently an issue downloading or playing the MP3 version. The Enhance Podcast should download and play fine. We are trying to resolve what the problem is with the MP3 version.
There was an isolated issue when attempting to access the MP3 for certain people in the NY area, myself included. The issue has been resolved now, so if you were encountering problems accessing the MP3 version, you shouldn't have any problems now.
Sorry if there were any inconvenience.
Darth Skeptical is COMPLETELY wrong about the Oval Office. Here is a picture of it from the Nixon years, with the presidential seal (which he said wasn't there) and lots of other things looking very much like the Doctor Who set:
I tweeted the same photo of the Nixon oval office the day we released the episode. There was another image as well included in my tweet.
Check out these photos here, it's pretty interesting: Oval Office History
But Darth is talking about the Oval Office as it was during the 1969 Moon landings period.

We can't see the floor in this shot to see if the eagle seal is there or not. It looks blue though.
I am guessing this is what Darth Skeptical was speaking of… the eagle seal is there, but originally, it was just embossed in the rug, later in Nixon's stay, it was colourized.
1969 Oval Office. Johnson's decor with Nixon's desk.
Whether or not Nixon's office was accurate in the two episodes or not, it wasn't that out of step for me or probably most to notice that it was wrong. It certainly didn't affect my enjoyment of the two episodes. I have yet to re-watch the two episodes since our live review show, so I will have to pay closer attention to the Oval Office set the next time I watch it.
